For the purposes of data protection law, ALTO is a processor of any personal data hosted on the PropertyFile platform and the agent is the controller.

ALTO will only process personal data hosted on the PropertyFile platform for the purpose of providing the PropertyFile service and assessing its effectiveness. If you have questions about how your personal data are used by the agent, please contact the agent directly.

You should also contact the agent if you wish to exercise any of your rights with respect to your personal data hosted on the PropertyFile platform (for example, the right to access, right to rectification, right of erasure, right to data portability, etc.).
